About the Role

Weston Volvo, a leading Volvo dealership, is seeking two highly motivated sales professionals to join our team. As a sales consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Vehicle Matching: Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Database Management: Input customer information into our dealership's database to develop a book of business.
  • Sales Process Enhancement: Demonstrate vehicle features and assist customers in completing sales applications.
  • Follow-up and Objection Handling: Maintain frequent follow-up with customers who have indicated purchase intent and overcome objections with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Requirements
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Technical Skills: Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency.
  • Dependability: Demonstrate dependability and strong work ethics.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
