Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Maintain patient records by accurately entering and updating information in the system.
Coordinate with medical staff to optimize appointment scheduling and minimize wait times.
Process insurance verifications and authorizations as needed.
Handle billing inquiries and payments, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and handling correspondence.

Benefits Package:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
