Job Overview

The Solutions Architect role is a pivotal and highly technical position within MBR Partners, set in a vibrant and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in advancing the company's technological initiatives. This position involves direct interaction with clients to design and tailor solutions that align with their specific requirements.

Collaboration with Research & Development and Product teams is essential to ensure thorough design and execution.

The architect will possess a comprehensive understanding of the wireless networks utilized by leading operators in North America, providing guidance to various teams on planning, implementation, and design.

Additional Duties Include:
  • Engaging in both presales and post-sales activities, customizing solutions to fit the unique environments and needs of clients.
  • Working closely with R&D, Product Management, and Professional Services teams.
  • Collaborating with fellow solution architects to promote knowledge sharing and optimal design practices.
  • Conducting analyses of solution stability, availability, capacity, sizing, and performance to ensure compliance with customer expectations and quality benchmarks.

This position may require occasional travel.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in telecommunications, encompassing both voice and data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • In-depth understanding and experience in networking across all layers.
  • Proficiency in networking and systems, including storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with 4G and 5G wireless data-core, access, and voice technologies.
  • Experience in virtual environments and systems, including containerization.
  • Knowledge of various technologies and protocols such as VoIP, SIP, RTP, Diameter, GTP, IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTP2, S1AP, among others.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
  • Proven track record in designing complex solutions.
  • Experience with databases and analytics is a plus.
