We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at ProMedica. As a key member of our Home Medical Equipment team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing requests for home medical equipment, including respiratory-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process telephone, fax, and walk-in requests for home medical equipment
  • Work outside of the branch location to include physician office visitation and marketing activity
  • Train physician office staff in processes and customer relations
  • Verify insurance coverage and guidelines
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales
  • Prior experience in a medical field and/or knowledge of third-party reimbursement policies is highly preferred
  • Good communication and data entry skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and organized
