Medical Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Sierra Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Medical Surgical Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct hourly rounds to ensure patient safety and comfort, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
