About the Job

National Community Renaissance (CORE) is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our Property Management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our properties, supervising a team of maintenance personnel, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of properties, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed within established deadlines and budgets
  • Perform routine inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal property condition
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in resident services and maintenance or a related field
  • Two to three years of supervisory experience
  • Must be HVAC certified
  • High school education or equivalent required
