Oral Health Specialist

Smile Brands is seeking an exceptional Oral Health Specialist to join their team in Plymouth, WI. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation package.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled dental hygienist who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming environment for all patients. As an Oral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments, screening patients' periodontal health, educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, and performing oral cancer screenings.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients
- Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
- Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
- Screen patients' periodontal health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Perform oral cancer screenings
- Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
To be considered for this role, you must have either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome). A current CPR certification is also required.
BenefitsAs an Oral Health Specialist with Smile Brands, you can expect a competitive salary of $45-$50 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
