We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Licensed Hygienist to join our team at Oswego Commons Family Dental. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a BRAND NEW office with a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Overview

Oswego Commons Family Dental is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced hygienist to be a part of our team. As a Licensed Hygienist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the oral health of our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dental experience.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary of $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, our benefits package includes:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Licensed Hygienist at Oswego Commons Family Dental, you should possess:

  • A current dental hygienist license in Illinois
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

While experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is preferred, we encourage new graduates to apply.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include prolonged periods of sitting and standing, occasional lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds, and availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
