Key Responsibilities

  6. Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract new residents and promote the community's amenities and services.
  7. Lease and Sales Management: Manage the lease and sales process, including coordinating with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  8. Eviction and Collections: Oversee the eviction process and manage collections, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on community performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as Yardi, and knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law.
