Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience in our store.
    • Engage with customers, offer product recommendations, and share knowledge about plant care and home decor.
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and performing visual merchandising tasks.
    • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and labeling merchandise.
  • Terrarium Workshops
    • Teach customers how to create their own terrariums, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
    • Assist with store maintenance, including taking out the garbage and performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and twisting.
