Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes
- Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
- Analyze production trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Develop and maintain work instructions and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Implement and validate new equipment and processes to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
