Job Summary:

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at CommonSpirit Health, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and performing procedures that help diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safe and effective use of radiopharmaceuticals, as well as maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including planar, SPECT, and SPECT-CT studies, as defined by department protocol and regulatory requirements.
Provide patient assessment, preparation, and education, as well as work with other healthcare providers to provide accurate and timely diagnostic and therapeutic data.
Demonstrate continuous self-improvement and make effective contributions to the department, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient information, including electronic forms and paperwork.

Requirements:

Associate's Degree preferred.
NMTCB or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (N) certification, with maintenance of current status.
Certified by the State of Texas - MRT.
CPR/BLS certification.
