Job Summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at our Madera, CA facility. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing coils, interpreting certified prints and drawings, and performing various welding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute certified prints and drawings to fabricate and repair coils.
  • Perform various welding tasks, including fabricating BAC parts and repairing coils.
  • Recognize and repair parts as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Understand and apply Lean Principles to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong performance in productivity, safety, and work habits.
  • Follow instructions provided by the Team leader and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve machinery issues.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and leaders at all levels to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and guide new temporary employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Working Conditions

The job requires standing and walking up to 50% of the time. Working conditions include typical hazards of a construction environment and handling HVAC equipment. Occasionally, lifting objects up to 50 lbs may be required. Successful candidates must have good attendance and be willing to work any shift if necessary.
