- Adhere to all safety protocols concerning tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Adapt to different areas as required, demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to collective success.
Reports to the Team Leader, Station Leader, or designated supervisor within the Assembly department.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Proficient in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractional calculations.
- Ability to utilize handheld measuring instruments such as tape measures, micrometers, and protractors.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and reference materials.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Capable of safely operating nail guns, impact wrenches, and other small power tools as necessary.
- Knowledgeable in completing In Process Inspections and other required documentation accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to operate JIB cranes, achieved through required certification.
- Competent in safely handling material moving equipment, including pallet jacks and lift trucks.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. While performing this role, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for up to 80% of the time. The position also requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, sitting, and reaching during a standard work shift. This role necessitates lifting weights of up to 50 pounds regularly. Employees may be exposed to elevated noise levels typical of a manufacturing environment, temperature fluctuations, and intermittent exposure to outdoor conditions in yard and dock areas. Working hours may include any of three shifts, generally scheduled for forty hours per week, with some weekend overtime expected.
