Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to enhance the user experience, boost conversion rates, and position our platform as the top choice for anyone launching an online business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Define the platform's vision, roadmap, and priorities that align with business goals and expectations.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from conception through launch, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
  • User and Competitor Research: Analyze and map user flows to identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement, simplify and optimize the user journey to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points, utilize analytics to measure the impact of product changes on user engagement and LTV.
  • Product Experimentation: Design and run experiments to test new features and improvements, quickly validate ideas to gather user feedback, and iterate on product features based on experimentation results and user insights.
Expected Outcomes
  • Maintain a high level of user conversions, making our platform a highly desirable partner for affiliates.
  • Increase the total number of stores connected to the Zendrop platform.
  • Achieve a higher LTV for users acquired through our platform compared to other sources.
  • High performance of the stores created within the platform.
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in roles focused on white label solutions and conversions boost.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance user experiences.
  • Strong analytical abilities, understanding of unit economics.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience in data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in designing and conducting product experiments and developing MVPs.
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with product development and integration processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to inspire and guide a product team.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in building high-performing online stores.
