Position Overview

The Aviation Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys exceptional service by creating a safe, clean, and welcoming aviation environment. Responsibilities include fueling and servicing aircraft while addressing guests' needs in accordance with our service standards. Additional tasks involve supporting Flight Operations with administrative duties such as aircraft tracking, scheduling, maintenance oversight, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding safety and service in a dynamic work setting.
  • Welcome incoming aircraft and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, offer refreshments, and document their needs effectively.
  • Secure and park aircraft once guests' requirements have been fulfilled.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for guests and Flight Operations personnel, including detailing, servicing fluids, and maintaining climate control.
  • Manage ferry departure schedules to optimize flight operations.
  • Adjust pilot schedules to accommodate various operational requests.
  • Operate and maintain fueling trucks, aircraft tugs, and company vehicles.
  • Keep accurate fueling and customer records using CRM software.
  • Prepare aircraft for departure.
  • Organize and oversee inventory for Line and Flight Operations equipment.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of Cirrus facilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Availability to work weekends and possess a valid driver's license.
