**Job Summary:**

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of business applications and computer systems. This includes assessing customer and business process requirements, analyzing structure and flow of work and data, and evaluating possible solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform senior-level business systems analysis and project management activities, including planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining business applications and computer systems.
  • Assess customer and business process requirements, analyze structure and flow of work and data, and evaluate possible solutions to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with the business to develop detailed business requirements and well-supported business case justifications for new IT system projects.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure project success and user needs are identified and met.
  • Create and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation related to area of responsibility.
  • Assess user needs and jointly define vision, goals, and objectives to achieve same.
  • Define resources and schedule for project/applications implementation.
  • Organize, plan, and schedule activities to assure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Develop overall systems plans ensuring linkage to business drivers and goals.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing a high-performing, cohesive team.
  • Demonstrated experience in programming database applications, configuring large-scale ERP applications, and leading development teams.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP & CRM implementations.
  • Experience in managing multiple client portfolios and projects at a time.
  • Experience in implementing Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with IT Security requirements and management.
  • Experience or familiarity with manufacturing and distribution operations.
