Job OpportunityThrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. Our patient is a teenage girl who requires non-ambulatory care and receives GB feeds. We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:
• Provide one-on-one care to our patient in the comfort of their own home
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
• RN or LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
