About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team through mentorship and knowledge sharing

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current and valid RN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
