We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Meat Department Associate to join our team at King Soopers. As a key member of our grocery store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our meat department meets the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Ensure that our meat department meets the highest standards of quality and freshness by rotating stock, checking expiration dates, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
