About the Role

We are seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team at Simform. As an SDR, you'll generate new business opportunities, work closely with our Sales Team, and help convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Run effective prospecting cycles alongside an inside sales team to develop relationships and opportunity pipeline.
  • Network Leverage: Leverage and mine your own network to hunt for opportunities.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Create campaign/channel outreach plan, team structure, and execute it to develop the pipeline.
  • Account Management: Strengthen relationships with new accounts and existing accounts with the goal to expand accounts.
  • Technology Expertise: Be updated about cloud, data, AI technologies, and its use cases within target ICPs and apply consultative and empathetic sales methods to drive better results.
  • C-Level Executive Engagement: Drive business in a multi-level enterprise company with a skill set of working with C-Level Executives and IT.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Conducts weekly forecast meetings, coach direct reports to proactively move opportunities down the funnel, and drive closure. Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Team Monitoring and Tracking: Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team and tracks the results.
Requirements
  • C-Level Relationship Building: Proven capability to building relationships with CIO/VP/Director-level client contacts.
  • Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent in-person presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Enterprise Deal Closing: A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
  • Sales Quota Exceedance: Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota.
  • Relationship Building and Negotiation: Background in relationship-building and contract negotiations.
  • Pipeline Development: Demonstrated ability to independently build a large pipeline of outbound leads, pursue, and close.
  • Experience and Business Acumen: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with selling consulting and IT services/solutions for an established IT consulting/engineering company with a team management experience. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific business drivers.
