  • Assist in managing business operations throughout the HCA clinics, including creation, implementation, and results facilitation of clinic functions to maximize efficiencies and maintain budget controls.
  • Assist with preparation of annual budgets for the clinics.
  • Assist in monitoring financial expenditures and identifying and implementing cost-effective approaches.
  • Ensure preparation and distribution of reports regarding clinic activities, functions, costs, and utilization.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare-related field from an accredited institution approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama.
  • Four years of directly related experience, two of which were in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Group practice experience is preferred.
  • Directly related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
