Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Primary Health Solutions. As a key member of our dental clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration and Out Processing: Accurately and efficiently check in and out patients, collect co-payments, and provide receipts in a professional manner.
  • Patient Care: Maintain patient flow, direct patients to the appropriate area, and communicate with the waiting patient to advise them of their progress.
  • Office Operations: Answer phone calls, take messages, and route them to the appropriate area in a timely manner. Prepare daily report sheets and deposits, balance cash collections with posted payments, and verify fee tickets.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to gain knowledge of current practice management systems, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Word.
