Position Overview

As a Community Maintenance Associate, you will engage in essential upkeep and sanitation duties across various facilities, including residential units, communal areas, administrative offices, outdoor spaces, and parking zones. This role is primarily suited for individuals seeking entry-level opportunities, encompassing tasks such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, deliveries, and other general labor activities. You will play a vital role in supporting event preparations and assisting maintenance personnel with their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Upkeep:
    • Deliver tools, materials, and equipment as required.
    • Assist in the organization and dismantling of community events.
    • Clear away debris and waste.
    • Utilize pressure washing equipment for exterior cleaning.
    • Transport supplies and materials, ensuring proper loading and unloading of vehicles.
    • Move equipment and appliances to designated work sites.
    • Perform various labor tasks, including excavation, earth leveling, drainage cleaning, tree trimming, and operating power tools.
  • General Duties:
    • Accurately complete and submit necessary documentation in a timely manner.
    • Promptly update work order statuses using mobile devices.
    • Maintain vehicles and inventory as needed.
    • Exhibit professionalism in interactions with clients, team members, subcontractors, and the public.
  • Respond to service requests and execute maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, landscaping, plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance servicing.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
