Maintenance Support Specialist

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Assist maintenance technicians in identifying and acquiring necessary parts for work orders.
  • Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver them to the designated location.
  • Verify the receipt of materials and ensure they are stored in the correct location.
  • Down stock materials from secondary to primary locations as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of physical inventory procedures.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Position Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance principles is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking English, are required to follow instructions, take direction, and interact with colleagues and clients.
