Maintenance Instructor

GAP Solutions, Inc. (GAPSI) is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Instructor to join our team. As a Maintenance Instructor, you will be responsible for providing training and instruction to military personnel on maintenance operations and procedures.

The Maintenance Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to military personnel on maintenance operations and procedures. This includes creating and implementing training plans, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

• Develop and deliver training programs to military personnel on maintenance operations and procedures
• Create and implement training plans to meet the needs of military personnel
• Conduct training sessions to ensure that military personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform maintenance operations
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide technical guidance and support to military personnel on maintenance operations and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance procedures and technologies

• Secret clearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years' experience in the Army logistics field and MOS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor
• Ability to conduct inspections, evaluations, training, assessments and provide accurate regulatory guidance on equipment maintenance operations and policy to Army organization
• Have extensive knowledge of maintenance management and shop operations
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Army equipment maintenance systems, policies, preventive maintenance and repair procedures

The work environment is usually moderate to high noise level. Individual must maintain a safe work environment. Individual must be aware of security measures involving computer and document security, document marking procedures and other measures associated with working in a facility that utilizes security measures and precautions.
