The Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair kitchen and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment.

  • Maintain clear communication with customers and branch personnel regarding repair statuses.
  • Complete service documentation as per company procedures.
  • Manage inventory on service vehicles to ensure necessary parts are available.
  • Maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms to company standards.
  • Serve as a role model for less experienced technicians, promoting company values.
  • Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to safety.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Reliable and capable of working independently.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Possession of standard industry hand tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Availability for on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn new skills and techniques.
  • Prior experience as a commercial technician is preferred.
  • Universal EPA certification is a plus.
