Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Seating: Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, show them to their table or waiting area, and ensure they have everything they need to feel comfortable.
  • Menu and Service: Provide guests with menus, answer initial questions, and take orders as needed.
  • Table Management: Assign guests to tables, manage table rotation to ensure servers receive the right number of customers, and make adjustments as needed to maintain a smooth service.
  • Customer Service: Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their food and service, respond to complaints, and help resolve issues.
  • Phone and Reservations: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions from guests.
  • Knowledge of Menu: Familiarize yourself with our menu and be able to answer questions from guests.
  • Team Support: Assist other positions in the restaurant as needed, providing support to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Part-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Pay: $14.00 per hour.
