Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Execution: Support global product strategy and execute business plans for launches, ensuring timely and successful product introductions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and application support for assigned products, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis for pricing strategies and market positioning, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Sales and Operations Planning: Assist in sales and operations planning, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management, to ensure optimal product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, providing prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, problem-solving skills, basic to intermediate Excel skills, ability to analyze datasets, and understanding of financials and new product development.
