  • Operational Flexibility:

    • Fulfill interim gaps in senior learning leadership positions.
    • Support organizations in creating or centralizing their learning and development departments.
  • Cost Management:
    • Deliver cost-effective solutions by optimizing learning and development investments and reducing the overhead associated with full-time positions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors to integrate learning and development efforts with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO), Vice President, or Director of Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution within the learning and development space.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in overseeing projects from conception to completion, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
  • Expertise in instructional design and the use of e-learning authoring tools compliant with SCORM standards.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging learning and development technologies and methodologies.
