Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive treatment and care plans tailored to each patient
  • Collaborate and communicate with patients' physicians to ensure a cohesive approach to care
  • Maintain daily documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Utilize independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment strategies
  • Assess and report on patients' progress regularly
  • Assist administrative personnel with billing and reporting inquiries
  • Adhere to federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice

Qualifications:
  • Valid state license
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care in accordance with clinic, state, and federal regulations
  • Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clinic staff to meet patient, staff, and clinic needs
  • Assist patients in regaining control of their lives and independence
  • Foster an environment and culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission of patient safety and centered care

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
  • Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Experience:
  • Experience is not mandatory but will be considered
  • Must possess appropriate state licensure (or the ability to obtain it), certification, or registration as per state requirements, and maintain good standing.
