Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Rehabilitative Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and establish effective treatment plans.
2. Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and restoring physical function.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and adjustments to therapy as necessary.
4. Administer various therapeutic techniques, including manual exercises and modalities, to support patient recovery.
5. Evaluate patient outcomes and modify treatment strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Patient and Family Education:
Instruct patients and their families on home care procedures to ensure continuity of care and promote independence.

Collaboration:
Work closely with medical professionals and other stakeholders to develop and assess intervention strategies.

Compliance:
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards in the practice of physical therapy.

Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
Experience: Previous experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a current state license as a Physical Therapist.
