About the Position

We are looking for a Complex Project Delivery Specialist who can plan and distribute discipline-specific work, adhere to project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will develop scope of work and level of effort for projects, oversee the completeness and accuracy of project work, and coordinate technical aspects of projects with clients and team partners.

  • Plan and execute project tasks, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience, or PhD in Engineering and 4 years of experience. A Master's degree in Engineering, 8 years of relevant experience, and Professional Engineer (PE) certification are preferred.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
