Job Description

At HNTB, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering teams on complex projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in Engineering and 7 years of relevant experience, or PhD in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, with experience in managing complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification, depending on the discipline.
