Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Program/Education Assistant I to join our team at Central Regional Hospital. As a key member of our Child and Adolescent Services department, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized direct services to patients with behavioral challenges, including behavioral programming, training, and activities.
  • Assist with healthcare needs and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in human services or a related field.
  • Two years of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
  • CPR certification and ability to obtain NA I certification.
