Your Responsibilities as a Retail Operations Manager Trainee:

  • Supervise and mentor your team by assigning tasks to ensure outstanding performance.
  • Assist in the professional growth and performance evaluation of all team members, including corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure a highly motivated, dedicated, and engaged team.
  • Promote exceptional customer service and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functionality.
  • Safeguard and manage all financial transactions accurately.
  • Analyze and recommend enhancements for store profitability, vendor performance, and retail metrics.
  • Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations affecting store operations.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
