Schedule: 3 on 3 off – shifts are 5:45am-6pm and 5:45pm-6am; 8 hours paid at straight time hourly rate, and 4.25 hours paid at a time and a half
Rotation: 6 weeks on days and then 6 weeks on nights

Position Overview:

We are in search of 10 skilled Manufacturing Technicians to contribute to our operations. In this role, you will engage in a dynamic production environment, ensuring that all manufacturing processes are executed effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining equipment, overseeing production workflows, and upholding quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize precision measurement tools and work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Preferably possess experience in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Demonstrate the ability to adhere to instructions and collaborate within a team
  • Exhibit readiness to work on a rotating shift schedule and accommodate overtime as required
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail while thriving in a fast-paced atmosphere
