  8. Preservation Initiatives: Promote and implement strategies for the preservation of the organization’s historical assets.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education, training, and experience that includes:

  • A thorough understanding of art and art history, museum management, and fundraising principles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A degree from an accredited institution, with preference given to candidates holding advanced degrees in relevant fields.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and aligned with similar organizations in the sector.
