Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Health Officer to join our team at J. L. Nick & Associates, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our healthcare services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations for patients
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions, including ordering diagnostic tests and interpreting results
• Develop and implement strategic goals related to quality improvement management programs
• Participate in senior management business strategy development and implementation
• Supervise and mentor healthcare staff, including physicians, residents, and medical students
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality policies and procedures

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and current license to practice as a Family Medicine Physician in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with an Electronic Health Record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Work Environment

The office and clinical areas are well illuminated, climate controlled, indoor areas. Work involves some exposure to hazards typical to a medical office environment, including potential exposure to infectious diseases and blood borne pathogens, chemical exposures, fire, mechanical and electrical hazards. Protective clothing and equipment are provided and required to be worn in potential exposure situations.
