Job Summary

The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Virginia.
  • Minimum two (2) years R.N. clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  • American Heart Association CPR certification.
  • Certification in specialty area strongly preferred.
