Recruitment Coordinator

Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a skilled Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate hiring processes and activities
- Perform clerical duties, including phone calls and email correspondence
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
- Process background checks and maintain candidate databases
- Handle records and paperwork efficiently
- Resolve issues promptly, such as interview cancellations
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
