Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity

ERP International is seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our San Antonio office team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing full life-cycle recruiting support for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage healthcare job postings and maintain job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Pipeline qualified candidates for ongoing requirements and screen applications against job performance work statement qualifications.
  • Initial collection and primary source verification of core credentialing documents, as well as verification and validation of candidate references.
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and customers, and complete incumbent capture and processing.
  • Network with industry contacts and solicit current staff and customers for referrals.
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales market salary analysis and attend career fairs and trade shows as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably within Government contracting environment.
  • Knowledge of Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work Statements.
  • A solid understanding of the staffing market, including services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contracts.
  • Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
