  • OR Bachelor's degree in TESL, TESOL, English with a TESL certificate, linguistics with a TESL certificate, applied linguistics with a TESL certificate, or any foreign language with a TESL certificate AND master's degree in linguistics, applied linguistics, English, composition, bilingual/bicultural studies, reading, speech, or any foreign language
  • Understanding of and sensitivity to meeting the needs of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic background of the student, community, and employee population

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience in ESL programs
  • Knowledge of adult education principles and practices

Working Conditions:

  • Assignments may include day, evening, and/or weekend classes
  • Faculty must be able to teach on-campus or remotely as assigned
