Licensed Practical Nurse Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool team at MultiCare Health System. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering patient-centered care and supporting the well-being of our patients and families. As an LPN at MultiCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
Responsibilities:- Provide age-appropriate care to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills and nursing education.
- Assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process and delivering daily routine care and services to patients.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences.
- Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
- License to pass medications may be required
- Previous experience as an LPN, in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
- Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty
