Nurse - Float Pool Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Swedish Ballard. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families on health management and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices, and advancing nursing knowledge and skills to improve patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of experience in a float pool or similar nursing environment.
- National certification in a relevant specialty.
