Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with nursing staff, residents, and their families.
- Administer medications and ensure accuracy in medication records.
- Deliver both direct and indirect patient care.
- Oversee the implementation of resident care plans and contribute to their development.
- Communicate any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate medical personnel.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current, active LPN license in good standing.
- Familiarity with nursing practices, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficient in documenting care provided and patient responses.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and confidentiality compliance.
