We are seeking a highly skilled Dealer Services Coordinator to join our team at Cox Automotive. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with basic sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support, responding promptly to inquiries, and assisting with basic sales transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on auction processes and upsell services based on client needs, ensuring understanding and realistic expectations.
  • Basic Sales Transactions: Assist clients with basic sales transactions, including monitoring vehicle sales processes, communicating with lane and department managers, and verifying vehicle inventory.
  • Tool Utilization: Engage in personalized coaching sessions to familiarize yourself with and begin mastering our suite of tools, assisting clients in basic tool utilization and marketplace policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills required.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to use Internet and MS Office.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly base pay rate is $31.25/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
