Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a closely related field, and one year of experience in behavior analysis, behavior management, and/or socialization in a similar setting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students with behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to provide comprehensive support services
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address behavioral concerns
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management techniques
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a closely related field
  • One year of experience in behavior analysis, behavior management, and/or socialization in a similar setting
  • BCBA certification and supervision hours
