  • Person-Centered Support: Apply person-centered approaches, focusing on preferences, choices, and aspirations, and leverage individual strengths to drive growth.

Qualifications:
  • 2 Year College Degree - preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills for fostering meaningful community connections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptable mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
