Job Title: Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist

Preferred Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Torrance, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist with Outpatient experience to provide speech therapy and rehabilitation services to patients at our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients achieve optimal outcomes and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Active state license as a speech-language pathologist.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • 6 months of SLP experience within the last 5 years.
